Jordan Miller

Jordan Miller has spent over 40 years championing economic equality — most recently coming out of retirement to co-found Ohio's premier Black-owned bank, Adelphi Bank, the state's 22nd Minority Depository Institution. Throughout his career he has focused on creating positive change, beginning with six years of service in the Air Force, followed by 14 years at Huntington Bank and 20 years at Fifth Third Bank, all while working to drive meaningful financial inclusion. He has also served on the boards of United Way of Central Ohio and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

The story of Adelphi Bank — alongside Jordan's career-long dedication to fostering economic empowerment for the Black community in his hometown — embodies the theme of Change Makers: transformation. He shared how the bank came to be and what it means for economic equality in Columbus.
