Matthew Santone

Principal Design Architect

Matthew is shaping how people work alongside AI agents, designing the interaction models and tooling behind Microsoft’s agentic Copilot experiences. His practice is AI-native by conviction: he prototypes with the same systems he designs, treating making as a primary mode of thinking. Before Microsoft, Matthew spent a decade at Austin-based product design firm argodesign, where he helped grow the practice from its infancy and focused on designing cognitive systems and the tools that make them approachable.

Joseph Wisne is the mind behind Prototype: The Experimental Museum — Founding Partner and Chief Creative Officer of Roto Group, the experience-design studio that imagined and built the space hosting this year’s Change Makers.

For decades, his leadership has transformed the museum industry. He’s reimagined how audiences connect with art, technology, and ideas, leading exhibitions at world-renowned institutions including the Smithsonian and Walt Disney Imagineering.

If you’re from Columbus and you’ve ridden COSI’s High-Wire Unicycle or explored its “Ocean” exhibit, you’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Joseph’s work.
